We help e-commerce sellers to store stock, pick, pack, and deliver it for them automatically, providing them with real-time management to bring reasonable comfort. We also turn local idle spaces including homes, offices, and warehouses, into e-commerce/fulfillment centers for storage, cold storage, packaging, & pickup points.

Job Roles:

• Lead monitoring process for logistics agent daily report (Pickup report, distribution parcels by 3PL on each client,claim and cancellation item due to late update).
• Catch and raised up all issues on the pickup process quickly
• Liaise with superior to develop TMS and automate dashboard in order to have visibility update timely
• 3PL services fee Invoice Reconciliation timely
• Learning and identifying any root cause regarding complaint and impaction on potential client churn

• Fresh graduates with a background in Supply chain , Management, Industrial, Engineering, Statistics, or other similar majors.
• Strong interpersonaland excellent communication skills in writing and speaking
• Keen attention to detail on Logstics process (First mile, Middle mile , Last Mile)
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Willing to working on the ground field for such purposes (inspection , audit, and following partner meeting/benchmarking)
