Job Roles:
  • Improve company’s productivity by developing, implementing, and monitoring company-wide OKR
  • Ensure the implementation of the company’s culture are fully integrated with all divisions and ongoing initiatives
  • Develop people related strategic initiatives that drive the company’s overall performance (People Development, Employer Branding, Career Management, People Partner)
  • Translate the business strategy into the relevant and lean organizational structure
  • Collaborate with management and all leaders to ensure the effectiveness of the company-wide program
  • Ensure effectiveness in people operating standard
  • Integrate all people services framework
  • Act as a coach, counselor, and mentor to handle people-related issues 

Job Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years experience as Human Resource Business Partner or equivalent practical experiences
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree
  • Exceptional conceptual and analytical thinking
  • Well equipped with Human Resources trends especially OKR and best practices knowledge
  • Show an ability to develop relevant people related strategic concept
  • Show an ability to challenge conventional approaches and a willingness to build a unique yet visionary approach
  • Show an ability to act as an Agent of Change that drives the company-wide transformation
  • Demonstrate accountability in leading a winning team
  • Obsessed in delivering high-quality services
