Job Roles:
- Supervise and manage Customer Service Team
- Maintain OKR related to Customer Service
- Resolving the case of fulfillment that goes within 1x24 hours
- Coordination with the Warehouse and logistics to resolve operational problems in the Warehouse
- Coordination with the seller to explain the constraints in the Warehouse
Job Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Familiar with E-commerce, Enabler, or Logistic Industry
- Having excellent communication skills, especially with customers
- Team player with strong leadership skills
- Customer-focused, flexible, and innovative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to change
- Willing to be located in Tangerang
